Personalized Training at Each Store Location

To make sure automation technology works for you, Alert offers an extensive training and implementation program to ensure a successful integration with your customer service model, Alert customizes our technology to “blend” with your current customer service strategy and dramatically enhance it.

Onsite Management Training - Implementation of the technology throughout the company will require the input and assistance of company training personnel for future projects. Alert will provide extensive training to the appropriate personnel at the corporate headquarters and in the field to facilitate smooth integration at the store level. Onsite training by qualified Alert Technologies trainers helps solidify the automated customer service strategies to which the corporation is committed. This personalized training helps promote the discipline necessary at the store level to initiate the new system properly and ensure its long-term success.

Operating Guide(s) - Each technology has an operating guide produced describing the technical operation of each piece of equipment and how each technology works in the environment of the particular store where it has been installed. It is imperative to the success of the automation program that the store personnel not only know how the equipment works, but also understands how to use the system in the context of their particular store and service environment.

Training Video - A training video is an available option for each store. The video will be produced with the over-site of the company training department to facilitate incorporation of "best practices" as defined by the company. This video will be used for initial and on-going store personnel training.

Periodic Strategy Review and System Modification - As customer service automation becomes part of the culture of the company, strategic changes will be necessary. Alert will help determine what changes need to be made both in strategy and the system programming. This is an on-going process that will be addressed quarterly the first year and semi-annually beyond.
